Because we don’t know every one of our customers personally, we have to put in place some Terms of Service.

We may also integrate with third parties who will interact with you under their terms of service. One such third party is YouTube and by using the Sites or Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service located here.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of us and any of our suppliers under any provision of this Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the service or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall us or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if we or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You are strictly prohibited to use Bilingual against the Discord’s Terms of Service or for illegal purposes. We are doing our best to prevent these activities, while trying to provide the best user experience as possible. Availability
Bilingual is provided as-is. There are no guarantees that it will be available in the future, and its purpose or availability may be changed at any time. Usage Data including backups may be deleted at any time. Any Features are not guaranteed. They may change or be revoked at any time. Access to all or specific Features of Bilingual may be revoked, for all or a specific user, at any time.
Server / Guild Data
Bilingual is hosted on Autocode. Any data transmitted is subject to Autocode Privacy Policy
We use google sheets as a data store. It contains your discord server id, channel id and language names. We don’t log how often you use Bilingual. We can only view usages in aggregate, and never see any personal identifiable information. (That’s how Autocode bill us)
We may also store anonymized Personal Data about you including your discriminator and public flags (badges) in line with our Privacy Policy. This information can not be tracked back to You.
